The Company’s focus is on developing Rhino Off Road Industries and its product the Rough Terrain Vehicle. Rhino Off-Road Industries is the manufacturer of Rhino Off-Road Rough Terrain Vehicle (RTV). The RTV was designed for active, outdoor oriented families and individuals wanting to experience off-road adventure in any off-road terrain. The Rhino Off-Road RTV is manufactured in Henderson, Nevada. In October 2007, the Company acquired World Extreme Rock Crawling Championships Series, and YamaBuggy Sales and Distribution, Inc.
