Its portfolio is classified into four segments: Capital Cities, Other Metro, Highway, and Regional. Its Capital Cities assets are located in the Greater Capital City Statistical Areas of Australia’s eight states and territories. Its Regional portfolio of assets is located in smaller regional cities and towns. The firm's properties in the portfolio are leased to Viva Energy Australia Pty Limited, with other tenants, including other fuel and convenience retail operators and non-fuel tenants. Its investment property portfolio comprised approximately 400 properties.
