The company went IPO on 2000-07-12. The firm has six active projects spanning approximately 580 square kilometers in the prolific Golden Triangle of northern British Columbia. Its projects include Telegraph, American Creek, Red Cliff, BA property, Theia and Southmore. The Telegraph project is located in the vicinity of four porphyry deposits being advanced by mining companies: Galore (Teck / Newmont), Schaft (Teck), Saddle (Newmont) and the operating Red Chris copper-gold mine (Newcrest / Imperial Metals). The American Creek project is centered on the historic Mountain Boy silver mine. The project is road accessible and 20 kilometers (km) from the deep-water port of Stewart. Red Cliff is a past producing gold and copper mine in which the Company holds a 35% interest. The BA property is a silver-lead-zinc mineralization located approximately four km from the highway. The Southmore is in the midst of some of the deposits in the Golden Triangle.
