The retail portfolio has approximately 2.7 million square feet of net lettable area with over 1,600 leases with a focus on providing necessity spending, food and beverages and essential services. Its portfolio includes Causeway Point, Northpoint City North Wing, Changi City Point, Waterway Point, Tiong Bahru Plaza, White Sands, Hougang Mall, Century Square and Tampines 1, and Central Plaza. Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd. is the manager of the Trust.
