Basin Uranium Corp. is an exploration company, which engages in the acquisition, exploration, development, and mining of mineral resource properties. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Company’s projects include the Chord and Wolf Canyon projects in South Dakota, the Wray Mesa project in Utah, the South Pass and Great Divide Basin (GDB) projects in Wyoming, Mann Lake Project in Saskatchewan, and CHG Project in British Columbia. The Chord property consists of over 147 contiguous lode mining claims (3,037 acres) located in Edgemont, South Dakota. The Wolf Canyon Uranium Project is comprised of over 80 contiguous unpatented mineral lode claims totaling 1,600 acres. The South Pass Uranium Project consists over 151 unpatented mineral lode claims covering 3,775 acres. The GDB Project consists of 104 claims adjacent to Premier American Uranium’s Cyclone project located south and west of Jeffrey City and north and west of Wamsutter, Wyoming. The CHG Project consists of over seven contiguous mineral claims covering 3,606 hectares.
