The Enterprise Finance segment provides stock underwriting sponsorship, bond underwriting and financial advisory services. The segment also provides self-financing equity investment, debt investment and other investments. The Institutional Services and Trading segment provides brokerage and trading of global markets, over-the-counter derivatives and other trading investments, and investment and financing solutions. The Asset Management segment provides public fund management, private fund management and discretionary managed account services. The Others segment is mainly engaged in the other business.
