The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The company went IPO on 2005-04-13. The firm is focused on the advancement of strategic and precious mineral properties. The firm owns a 100% interest in a lithium and potassium bearing salar complex comprising 4,056 hectares on three mineral concessions (the Mexi-Can Project) located on the Central Mexican Plateau in the states of Zacatecas, and San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The mineral concessions include La Salada, Santa Clara and Caliguey. Its La Salada concession is located approximately 80 km north-northwest of Zacatecas city, adjacent to the town of La Salada. Its Santa Clara concession is located 70 km northeast of Zacatecas city, eight km north-northwest of the town of Illescas. Its Caliguey is located 60 km northeast of Zacatecas city, 10 km east of the town of Villa de Cos.
