The firm is the owner of retail centers in South Africa (SA) and Eastern Europe (EE). Its segments include SA and EE. The SA segment portfolio comprises all South African shopping malls and offices, irrespective of size. The EE segment portfolio comprises retail shopping malls in Bulgaria, Croatia and North Macedonia, held through its subsidiary, Hyprop Europe, as well as the regional finance, treasury and asset management support services for the EE portfolio. The Company’s SA portfolio includes super regional center Canal Walk, large regional centers Clearwater, The Glen, Woodlands Boulevard, CapeGate, Somerset Mall, Rosebank Mall and Table Bay Mall, and small regional center Hyde Park Corner. Its EE portfolio comprises The Mall in Sofia, Bulgaria, City Center one East and City Center one West, both in Zagreb, Croatia, and Skopje City Mall in Skopje, North Macedonia.
