Semirara Mining & Power Corp. engages in the exploration, extraction and development of coal resources. The Company’s primary purpose is to search for prospect, explore, dig, and drill, mine, exploit, extract, produce, mill, purchase or otherwise acquire, store, hold transport, use experiment with, market, distribute, exchange, sell and otherwise dispose of, import, export and handle, trade, and generally deal in, ship coal, coke, and other coal products of all grades. The firm's truck and shovel operations produce approximately 16 million metric tons of coal per year.
