Its hotels are operated by third-party managers under long-term management agreements with the TRS Lessee or its subsidiaries. The firm operates most of its hotels under a brand owned by Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Four Seasons or Montage. Its properties include Hilton San Diego Bayfront; Hyatt Regency San Francisco; The Westin Washington, DC Downtown; Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld; Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk; Wailea Beach Resort; JW Marriott New Orleans; Marriott Long Beach Downtown; Andaz Miami Beach, and The Bidwell Marriott Portland.
