Bumitama Agri Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the cultivation of oil palm trees. The company is headquartered in Jakarta Selatan, Dki Jakarta. The company went IPO on 2012-04-12. The principal activity of the Company is investment holding. The principal activities of the subsidiaries are that of investment holding, operating oil palm plantations and palm oil mills, and the production and trading of crude palm oil and related products. As an upstream producer, the Company sells its products locally to buyers for further processing in refineries. The company is engaged in the cultivation of oil palm trees, as well as the harvesting and processing of fresh palm fruit bunches (FFB) into crude palm oil (CPO) and PK. The firm has a total of 15 mills with a total planted area of approximately 187,116 hectares across the Indonesian provinces of Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, and Riau. Its mills include Pundu Nabatindo Mill, Katari Agro Mill, Gunung Makmur Mill, Bukit Makmur Mill, Sungai Cempaga Mill, Selucing Mill, Kotawaringin Mill, Lamandau Mill, Tonam Raya Mill, and others.
