China Silver Group Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the manufacture and sale of silver and other non-ferrous metals. The company is headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong and currently employs 173 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2012-12-28. The firm operates its businesses through three segments. Manufacturing segment is mainly engaged in manufacturing, sales and trading of silver ingots, palladium and other non-ferrous metals. New Jewellery Retail segment is mainly involved in designing and online and offline integrated sales of gold, silver, colored gemstones, gemset and other jewellery products. Fresh Food Retail segment is mainly involved in integrated online-and-offline sales of fresh food, and providing related electronic platforms and branding and software as a service (SaaS) services along the agricultural supply chain in China.
