Revenue Soars 243% on Flagship GPU Mass Production
Moore Threads reported a landmark year, with total revenue for fiscal 2025 climbing 243.37% to 15.06 billion RMB. This growth was primarily fueled by the mass production of its flagship MTTS5000, a full-function GPU designed for AI training and inference. The strong sales and improved gross margins were instrumental in narrowing the company's net loss by 36.70% to 10.24 billion RMB for the year. The company noted that large-scale clusters built with the MTTS5000 are now operational and efficiently support the training of trillion-parameter AI models, achieving computational efficiency on par with international peers.
December IPO Bolsters Balance Sheet, Assets Rise 116%
The company's financial position was significantly strengthened by its initial public offering on the STAR Market in December 2025. This capital injection caused total assets to increase by 116.14% to 153.08 billion RMB by year-end. Consequently, equity attributable to parent company shareholders grew 154.69% to 114.35 billion RMB, and net assets per share more than doubled from 11.22 RMB to 24.33 RMB. This fortified balance sheet provides Moore Threads with the necessary capital to sustain high-intensity research and development and expand its production capacity.
Performance Gains Underscored by Long-Term Ecosystem Challenge
While the MTTS5000's performance marks a critical step in closing the hardware gap with international industry leaders, Moore Threads acknowledges that significant hurdles remain. The company is still in a high-investment phase and has not yet reached profitability. In its report, management identified the development of a robust software and developer ecosystem as a key long-term challenge. For investors, the company's ability to build this ecosystem, alongside continued hardware innovation, will be a critical factor in determining when it can achieve sustainable profitability.
