Between March 11 and March 13, just a week before the partnership news, GigaCloud's CEO Larry Lei Wu sold 90,000 company shares for approximately $3.82 million. The sale was executed under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan, which was pre-scheduled to avoid any implication of trading on non-public information. This sale represented 30% of Wu's reported indirect Class A holdings, and analysts note he still holds over seven million convertible Class B shares, suggesting continued long-term alignment with the company.
This activity occurred as GigaCloud's business demonstrates strong momentum. The company posted $1.3 billion in sales for 2025, an 11% year-over-year increase, and its stock reached a 52-week high of $48 in February. For the first quarter of 2026, GigaCloud forecasts revenue between $330 million and $355 million, a substantial increase from the $271.9 million recorded in the same period a year earlier.
