WISeKey International Holding (NASDAQ: WKEY) reported a 62 percent increase in year-over-year revenue to $19.3 million for the full year 2025 and reaffirmed aggressive guidance for 50 to 100 percent revenue growth in 2026.
"The results validate our strategy in cybersecurity and IoT," the company stated in its ad hoc announcement. A conference call to discuss the results is scheduled for Monday, May 4.
The Geneva-based company's growth was supported by its subsidiary SEALSQ, which focuses on semiconductors and quantum solutions, and reported a 66 percent increase in year-over-year revenue. WISeKey also reported unaudited first-quarter 2026 revenue of $4.2 million and a strong cash and short-term investment position of over $535 million as of April 30, 2026.
The reaffirmed guidance suggests management is confident that its commercial pipeline, which exceeds $200 million for its SEALSQ subsidiary alone through 2029, will convert into sustained growth. This pipeline includes over $60 million linked to its QS7001 and QVault Trusted Platform Module programs.
The strong performance and optimistic forecast position WISeKey to capitalize on the growing demand for secure IoT and blockchain solutions. Investors will be watching the upcoming conference call on May 4 for more details on the execution of its substantial commercial pipeline and for specific margin guidance.
