SKYX Platforms Corp. is set to enter the vast European hospitality market, announcing an agreement with developer OTT Heritage Hospitality to deploy its smart technologies in a sector with over 132,000 hotels. The deal provides SKYX access to a significant pipeline of hotel, building, and development projects across Europe, with financial terms not disclosed.
"This partnership marks a significant step in our global expansion strategy as we continue with our goal and mission to advance hotels, homes, and buildings by making them smarter and safer," said Rani Kohen, Founder and Executive Chairman of SKYX Platforms.
The agreement targets a hospitality market poised for growth, with an industry-wide projection of 124,000 new hotel rooms opening in Europe in 2026 and over 250,000 more in development. OTT Heritage Hospitality will market SKYX’s technologies, which promise time and cost savings of up to 90 percent for renovations and new builds, a key incentive for property developers.
This European expansion is a cornerstone of SKYX's strategy to establish its technology as a new standard in smart buildings. Beyond initial hardware sales, the company anticipates long-term recurring revenue streams from monitoring, subscriptions, and AI services, positioning it for sustained growth as it taps into the massive European real estate market.
