Hyperscale Data Inc. reported preliminary first-half revenue of about $80 million, a 57% increase from a year earlier.
"The results demonstrate the progress we have made strengthening Hyperscale Data's operating platform," Milton "Todd" Ault III, executive chairman, said.
The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $180 million to $200 million and issued a preliminary 2027 outlook exceeding $300 million. The majority of the growth came from the reconsolidation of Gresham Worldwide Inc. and stronger contributions from the financial services unit Ault Lending LLC.
The results mark a milestone for the Las Vegas-based company as it transitions toward a pure-play AI data center operator. Hyperscale Data expects to divest its Ault Capital Group unit in the second quarter of 2027, leaving it focused on its Michigan AI data center campus and digital asset holdings.
Management will discuss the preliminary 2027 adjusted EBITDA guidance and additional operating metrics during an investor conference call on Aug. 4. The company expects to file its quarterly report for the period around Aug. 14.
The Michigan AI data center campus, financial services platform and blockchain initiatives are expected to drive the 2027 growth, the company said. The outlook assumes continued execution of strategic initiatives while remaining subject to customer deployments, financing activities and market conditions.
William B. Horne, chief executive officer, said the company is "entering an exciting new phase of growth" with existing businesses performing well and investments in AI infrastructure and blockchain technologies positioning it for long-term opportunities.
The guidance raise signals management expects AI infrastructure demand to accelerate as Hyperscale Data pivots toward data center operations. Investors will watch the Aug. 4 conference call for preliminary 2027 adjusted EBITDA guidance and updated capital allocation priorities.
