Pre-Sale Begins for 648 Units with 2027 Completion
Regulators have granted pre-sale consent for the first and third phases of the project, releasing a total of 648 units to the market. This initial offering consists of 360 units from the first phase and 288 units from the third. The developers have announced a key completion date for the project of August 31, 2027, providing a clear timeline for prospective buyers and investors.
Project Anchors 'East Victoria Harbour' Renewal Plan
'The Arbour' serves as a key inland component of the Urban Renewal Authority's expansive 'East Victoria Harbour' initiative. According to Han Jiafei, a general manager at Henderson Property Agency, the plan integrates inland land with waterfront space under a 'Sea-Land-Coast' concept. It represents the first time the Urban Renewal Authority has adopted a 'community development' model, which consolidates eight adjacent plots to create a cohesive, large-scale urban renewal area.
