AGIBOT Innovation, the world's largest general AI robotics company by revenue, has initiated a Hong Kong listing after 2025 revenue crossed RMB1 billion.
Founder and Chairman Deng Taihua said at the company's partner conference in April 2026 that operating revenue grew from RMB300,000 in the first year to more than RMB60 million in the second year, before crossing RMB1 billion in 2025. The company was established in February 2023.
Omdia data shows AGIBOT shipped more than 5,100 general humanoid robots last year, ranking first globally with about 39 percent of the global humanoid robot market. China Insights Consultancy data confirms AGIBOT as the world's largest general AI robotics company by revenue in 2025 and the first quarter of 2026.
The company focuses on embodied intelligence as its core technology direction, aiming to systematically introduce AI capabilities into the physical world and promote large-scale application of intelligent robots in real-world production and service scenarios.
AGIBOT is China's fastest robotics company to surpass RMB1 billion in revenue since establishment, and also the fastest AI company to reach that milestone, according to Deng. The company did not disclose the proposed listing board, offer price, deal size, or timeline for the Hong Kong listing.
The Hong Kong IPO pipeline has seen growing interest from AI and robotics companies seeking access to international capital markets. The listing would test investor appetite for embodied intelligence companies as the sector competes for capital alongside established players such as XPENG-W (09868.HK), which is expanding into robotics through its flying car and humanoid robot initiatives.
The initiation of the listing process reflects AGIBOT's ambition to scale its operations globally. Investors will watch for the filing details, including offer price and deal size, which the company has not yet disclosed. A successful listing would provide AGIBOT with capital to expand production capacity and fund further research into embodied intelligence technologies.
