Concrete Launches Points Campaign with $1B in Assets
Concrete, a yield infrastructure protocol on Ethereum, has initiated a points program that strongly suggests a future token airdrop for early participants. The protocol has already achieved significant scale, with its institutional-grade vaults managing over $1 billion in total value locked (TVL). Concrete has raised a total of $17 million in funding, including a Series A led by Hashed and Tribe Capital and a $9.5 million strategic round led by Polychain Capital, with participation from YZi Labs (formerly Binance Labs) and VanEck.
Dual-Campaign Structure Offers Multiple Airdrop Paths
The rewards program is divided into two distinct systems. The primary method for earning rewards is by acquiring "Concrete Points" through direct capital deposits. Users who place USDT, USDC, or WETH into vaults on Ethereum, Arbitrum, or Berachain earn both a live APY on their assets and a steady stream of points proportional to the size and duration of their deposit. A secondary system, run as a social campaign on Absinthe, allows users to earn "Bags" for completing social quests, such as following team accounts on X, engaging in Discord, and referring new users. The protocol has stated these Bags will be convertible into Concrete Points at a later date, creating a pathway for non-capital-intensive participation.
Binance Wallet Campaign Confirms $200,000 in 'Future Tokens'
While the core team has not officially announced a token generation event, a parallel promotion provides the most direct evidence of an upcoming token. A campaign exclusive to Binance Wallet users offers a share of a $200,000 reward pool for those who deposit a minimum of 100 USDT into Concrete's USDT vault. The rewards are explicitly described as "Concrete Future Tokens," confirming the project's intention to launch a token and distribute it as a reward to participants. This targeted campaign provides a clear incentive for users to engage with the protocol through a specific partner wallet, further integrating Concrete within the broader crypto ecosystem.
