The company also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $15,000,000 in notes to cover over-allotments. These notes will be senior, unsecured obligations maturing on October 1, 2030, unless earlier converted, redeemed, or repurchased. Holders retain the option to convert notes into cash, ordinary shares, or a combination at the company's election, prior to the second scheduled trading day before maturity.
