The company employs 6,900 full-time employees The company went IPO on 2012-01-18. The firm operates its business through three segments. The Property Investment segment is engaged in the development, leasing and management of commercial, retail and residential properties. The Hotel segment is engaged in the investment and operation of hotels as well as owns and manages hotels in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the United States through Swire Hotels. The Property Trading segment is engaged in the development, construction and sale of residential properties.
