Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust engages in owning income-producing real estate, which is primarily used for retail and office purposes. The principal activity of the Trust and its subsidiaries is to invest in income-producing real estate and real estate related assets, which are used or substantially used for commercial purposes, with the primary objective of achieving an attractive level of return from rental income and for long-term capital growth. The Trust’s portfolio comprises office and retail properties in Suntec City, a 66.3% interest in Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, one-third interest in One Raffles Quay, one-third interest in Marina Bay Financial Centre Towers 1 and 2 and the Marina Bay Link Mall. The properties in Australia include 177 Pacific Highway and 21 Harris Street in Sydney, a 50.0% interest in Southgate Complex and a 50.0% interest in Olderfleet, 477 Collins Street in Melbourne and 55 Currie Street in Adelaide. The trust is managed by ESR Trust Management (Suntec) Limited.
