The company is headquartered in Okayama-Shi, Okayama-Ken and currently employs 3,064 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2022-10-03. The company operates through three business segments. Banking segment provides deposit services, loan services, securities investment services, domestic exchange services, foreign exchange services, trust services, various agency services, debt guarantees (payment acceptances), underwriting of public bonds, over-the-counter sales of government bonds and securities investment trusts, financial product intermediation services, investment banking services, bank affairs entrustment and agency services and credit guarantee services. Leasing segment provides goods leasing and installment sales. Securities segment provides financial product intermediation and securities services. The company also provides credit card services, investment advisory services and investment trust management services, fund management services and others.
