The firm owns and operates six jack-up drilling rigs, which are capable of operating in water depths of up to 400 feet. The firm is also a provider of workover services through its fleet of hydraulic workover units. In addition, it provides integrated drilling and workover services to meet its clients’ requirements. The firm has four segments. The drilling services segment is principally involved in the provision of drilling services to the upstream oil and gas sector. This segment owns and operates several drilling rigs. The integrated services segment principally provide hydraulic workover operation. The oilfield services segment principally provides oil country tubular goods threading, repair and inspection services. The others segment is involved in investment holding, provision of support services, management and corporate services.
