Ensurge, Inc. is a holding company, which engages in the exploration, development, and production of gold and diamonds located in the Republic of Guyana, South America. The company is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Company’s projects include Issano Project, Mazaruni River Project, Cuyuni Island Project and Berbice River Project. The Issano Project is located in Central Guyana, measuring approximately 1,000 acres, which hosts hard rock gold, alluvial gold and diamonds. The Mazaruni River Project is located approximately seven miles long and is between the villages of Semang and Issano. The Cuyuni Island Project is located in Central Guyana, which measures approximately 320 acres and is used to mine gold and diamonds. The Berbice River Project covers an area of approximately 20 miles of property on the Berbice River in Eastern Guyana. Its other project includes D-29 Tantalite Project, which is located in Northwestern Guyana and measures roughly 8,000 acres.
