US-listed Ethereum exchange-traded funds drew $189.15 million in net inflows on Aug. 19, their largest single-day intake since Oct. 28, 2025, according to SoSoValue data.
The inflow landed during a market-wide rally that lifted several major crypto funds. The Treasury doubled long-end debt buybacks to at least $4 billion, pushing down yields and the dollar and sending traders back into risk assets.
BlackRock's ETHA drove the session, accounting for $122.12 million in inflows, roughly 65 percent of the total. Fidelity's FETH followed with $36.54 million, and Grayscale's mini trust added $16.04 million. Distribution stayed narrow — those three funds supplied 92 percent of the intake, while four of the 11 listed products recorded no flows at all.
The result marks a turn for a product line that struggled through early 2026. Ethereum funds shed $540.88 million in May and $528.99 million in June, according to SoSoValue. August has collected $534.2 million so far, the strongest monthly total of the year, with combined net assets reaching $12.06 billion, the highest since May 21.
ETH itself rallied alongside the flows. The token traded at $2,250, up 16.3 percent over 24 hours, according to BeInCrypto Markets data, reclaiming the $2,200 level as institutional capital concentrated in large-cap assets.
Bitcoin funds drew even more. BTC ETFs pulled in $517.19 million, their largest daily inflow since May 4, with net assets rising 6.3 percent to $84.31 billion. BlackRock's IBIT led with $284.7 million, followed by Ark Invest's ARKB at $77.7 million and Fidelity's FBTC at $62.4 million. Bitcoin changed hands at $69,648 after an 8.8 percent daily gain.
Smaller products saw more modest inflows. Solana funds added $2.10 million and XRP funds $2.35 million, despite double-digit price gains in both assets. Hyperliquid funds moved against the trend, logging a $1.97 million outflow even as HYPE jumped 23.7 percent to $71.93 after President Donald Trump signaled a US path for the exchange.
The next several sessions will show whether Wednesday's flows mark a durable shift or a single spike. Ethereum's cumulative net inflow now stands at $11.74 billion, with the ETF net asset ratio at 4.51 percent of ETH's total market cap, according to SoSoValue.
