Goldgroup Mining, Inc. is a Canadian-based gold production, development, and exploration company, which focuses on the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold-bearing mineral properties in the Americas. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Company’s gold production and exploration and development related activities are conducted in Mexico. The Cerro Prieto Project is a 100% owned, 4,335 hectares (ha) property, located in the Cucurpe Mining District, Sonora, Mexico, just 52 road kilometers (km) from the regional center of Magdalena de Kino and 150 km northeast of the city of Hermosillo. In addition, the Company is the 100% owner of the fully permitted gold project located 140 km east of the capital Zacatecas in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico (the Pinos Project). The Pinos Project consists of approximately 30 concessions covering 3,816 ha, and hosts low-sulfidation epithermal gold and silver vein systems within primary structures.
